Find A Pathfinder
If you’re feeling unsure where to turn, a Pathfinder can help you take the next step. Pathfinders are trusted community members across Jasper who offer a listening ear, gentle guidance, and help connecting to the right supports when you need them.
What is a Pathfinder?
Pathfinders are local community members trained to support others through Jasper’s ongoing recovery.
They’re not counsellors or therapists — they’re peers who listen, care, and help you find the right resources when life feels uncertain.
It’s free, friendly, and built for everyone in Jasper.
Where can you find a Pathfinder?
Pathfinders are woven into the everyday fabric of Jasper. You might meet one at your child’s school, at the coffee shop, on a trail, or during a community event. They’re your neighbours, coworkers, and friends — community members who have been trained to listen, guide, and connect you with the right supports.
When should you seek out a Pathfinder?
Reach out to a Pathfinder whenever you feel stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed — or if someone you know could use a bit of guidance. There’s no wrong time to connect.
Pathfinders are here to walk beside you — offering understanding, encouragement, and support when it’s needed most.
How To Spot A Pathfinder
You’ll know a Pathfinder when you see one — they wear the Fireweed symbol, a sign of renewal, growth, and community care.
Whether it’s over coffee, on a trail, or in your neighbourhood, Pathfinders are here when you need them.
No pressure. No judgment. Just people who care.
Why It Matters
Recovery isn’t just about rebuilding homes — it’s about rebuilding connections.
Each Pathfinder represents a step forward, a reminder that healing happens when we walk together.
Together, we find the way.
